About The Position

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues impacting production. Perform equipment setup, startup, and operational adjustments to support production runs. Conduct alignment and maintenance of motors and gearboxes. Rebuild and maintain pumps including ANSI magnetic and centrifugal pumps. Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, dryers, and moisture separators. Maintain evaporator systems and related process equipment. Execute preventive maintenance work orders on all plant equipment. Perform inspections, adjustments, and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime. Document maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance system. Follow all plant safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain required certifications and safety training. Support compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards. Maintain and troubleshoot the following production equipment: Inline and rotary fillers Vision inspection systems Palletizers Stretch wrappers Case packers Motor drives and power transmission equipment

  • One of the following is required: Four-year technical degree or, technical maintenance certificate, or equivalent maintenance experience and certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician Level 2 (Senior Mechanic) or equivalent
