About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop a demand plan through a combination of sales feedback, market analysis, and statistical forecast modeling. Monitor accuracy of forecast and adjust accordingly Determine and maintain automated stocking lists, and associated stocking levels for multiple service locations worldwide. Timely review and release of replenishment orders. Expedite and coordinate the supply plan to support replenishment schedule. Manage customer backlog through on-time delivery, maximize sales revenues and minimizing order cycle times. Effectively implement and communicate ECO activity within the field and minimize exposure to excess and obsolete inventory. Perform material analysis using advance planning systems for expedited delivery requests. Responsible for meeting department performance metrics and objectives. Extract, analyze, and summarize complex sets of data for decision making. Manage inventory and planning parameters; and solve material availability issues. Other duties may be assigned. Certificate/Licenses/Special Requirement APICS Certification desirable Other Skills and Abilities Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions. Experience with an integrated ERP system in a Manufacturing and Aftermarket environment (Glovia a plus). Experience with Microsoft BI, Cognos Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Expert in Excel/Access desirable). Knowledge of advance planning tools (Kinaxis Rapid Response and PTC Servigistics/MCA desirable). U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE $88,866.00 - $133,299.00 This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as you develop within the role. Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject – Business or Supply Chain degrees strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions.
