The Master Supply Planner will plan and drive execution of robust supply plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of materials and finished goods to meet customer demand. This role will also have a leadership role in designing and implementing business process best practices as well as a full suite of supply chain analytics. The position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of expeirence in progressive roles in planning preferred.
  • Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MRP systems as well as John Galt.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with all levels of management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multi-plant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly Supply Planning cycle for Finished Goods suppliers, integrating demand forecasts, manufacturing strategies, and inventory positions.
  • Develop and execute global supply plans that align customer demand with production capabilities while optimizing inventory investment and total supply chain cost.
  • Proactively assess end‑to‑end supply chain risks and constraints, and implement mitigation plans for supplier delays, material shortages, and logistics disruptions.
  • Serve as the functional owner of Master Planning processes, data integrity, and governance within Supply Chain Planning systems.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and build actionable insights through KPIs such as inventory turns, service levels, and on-time delivery.
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in operational processes, and lead cross‑functional teams to design and deploy scalable process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to resolve supply challenges and support business objectives.
