What You'll Do As a Master Teacher, you'll be a leader, mentor, and classroom champion. You will: Supervise and support assigned staff Collaborate with your classroom team to deliver high-quality educational services Provide nurturing, individualized care to a designated group of children Implement effective, research-based teaching strategies Foster a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment Partner with families to support each child's growth and development Your leadership will shape classroom culture and create meaningful, lasting impact for the families we serve.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with an emphasis on essential early childhood topics
• Experience teaching preschool-aged children
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (completed within 90 days of hire)
• Food Handler Permit (completed within 60 days of hire)
• Verification of degree/transcripts
