About The Position
As a Material Service Attendant B, you will move, receive, ship, weight, store, issue, pack/unpack purchased parts and supplies. You will report to the Team Manager and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Work from approved operating procedures and instructions.
- Receive, unload, unpack, verify and record received materials, parts, tools, supplies Report and help resolve discrepancies.
- Store and deliver materials.
- Perform necessary material traceability and accountability transactions.
- Contact customers of materials received.
- Issue or dispatch items to authorized locations and employees. Record appropriate transactions.
- Conduct inventories and periodic audits of stored or controlled items.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
