About The Position

You will be the Material Handler/CDL A Driver for the Material Handling Operations team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the plant and the DFW area. What You Will Be Doing As the Material Handler/CDL A Driver you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment and vehicles to transport heavy material, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: Loading, unloading, and transporting heavy material throughout the plant and the DFW area Operating forklifts, flatbeds, tow trucks, burden carriers, and nitrogen converters Maintaining service ticket records and completing move tickets via wireless tablets Verifying transport paperwork and ensuring proper load securement Complying with all Federal, State, and Company regulations, including CDL and DOT requirements Why Join Us Do you want to be part of a company culture that encourages employees to build their career, apply their knowledge while using cutting edge technology, and achieve challenging goals? MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • One to three years of related experience.
  • Material handling equipment operation and forklift experience.
  • Must be able to obtain hazmat certification within 120 days, if not already certified.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Hazmat certified.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Class A CDL required.
  • Must have the ability to drive manual and automatic tractor trailers.

Responsibilities

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting heavy material throughout the plant and the DFW area
