Raytheon is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler/CDL Driver to support material movements and provide logistical support for factory operations at our Camden, Arkansas facility. This role involves the transportation of hardware between storage areas and factory locations, inventory management, and general warehouse housekeeping. Candidates should be comfortable working around energetics and in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to obtain Hazmat Endorsement within 1 year of hire.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of physical warehousing and inventory control practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, walker stackers, and similar equipment.
  • Active DoD Secret (or higher) Security Clearance.
  • Hazmat Certification with Endorsement.
  • Certified Forklift Operator.
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Transport materials between warehouses and factory location.
  • Safely work around energetic materials and follow strict safety protocols.
  • Load and unload shipments year-round in outdoor conditions.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
  • Operate manual and pneumatic tools.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse/storage areas.
  • Participate in team meetings to support production continuity and operational planning.
