About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of operational tasks essential to the efficient functioning of the facility. Core duties include material transactions and movement, order processing, inventory replenishment, cycle counting, receiving, put-away, and picking. Additional responsibilities involve providing support in inventory control procedures and initiating workflows within the sales force platform. The role demands adherence to established procedures to consistently meet performance targets and key operational metrics. Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Must possesses the ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
  • Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.
  • Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment.
  • Accepts and embraces constant change as a necessary factor to success.

Responsibilities

  • Complying with SOPs and work instructions related to job function.
  • Being accountable for performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
  • Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with peers and internal customers.
  • Setting up and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
  • Conducting manual production operations as required.
  • Performing daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required.
  • Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance.
  • Proactively logging and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies.
  • Participating in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.
  • Maintaining a personal training log though MyHID.
  • Implementing of Help Desk Tickets both IT and Engineering based.
