Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities & Behaviors: Work Assignments & Priorities: Completes assignments by leveraging policies, data, and resources. Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners. Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and recommends improvements. Adapts to change, overcomes challenges, and incorporates feedback. Freight Flow Management: Moves and loads freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift pacers). Identifies, counts, separates, combines, and scans freight using warehouse management systems, scales, and scanners. Maintains accurate records, logs, and forms. Compliance & Ethics: Follows company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Implements action plans and uses the Open Door Policy to address concerns. Ensures business processes align with company values. Work Area Organization: Keeps work areas organized and maintains freight flow. Stacks and moves empty pallets using appropriate equipment. Monitors freight for cold chain and species compliance.
