About The Position
We are looking for a hands on and hard working Warehouse Associate to join our team in Conroe, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an active, outdoor environment and enjoys physical work. You will support daily warehouse operations, operate a forklift regularly, and help keep materials moving safely and efficiently. This position is labor intensive and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Stock incoming parts from receiving
- Pull parts for work order pick tickets and sales orders
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned
