The Material Handler is focused on loading outgoing shipments and receive incoming goods by loading and unloading trucks and trailers and reports to the Shipping Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency) strong work ethic, organization skills and is a problem solver. A vital member of the Production Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
• Demonstrate above average organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Basic mechanical and computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior material handling experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares and packages manufactured products for shipping/delivery
• Stacks and organizes supplies in a secure and orderly manner in the warehouse or storage area
• Labels, sorts and organizes items to facilitate easy retrieval and inventory management
• Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse or storage area
• Follows safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
