About The Position

Entegris is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for kitting of material, internal movements of inventory, stocking/restocking of material, and performing cycle counts. This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions. This is a 2nd shift position, working from 12pm-8:30pm.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily.
Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Astute attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Ability to perform visual checks and handle material responsibly.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Dependability with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as-needed to support business needs.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Move raw materials to the appropriate workstations throughout the plant.
With instruction, complete SAP (warehouse management system) transactions.
Complete specified functions of 6S responsibilities. Specifically, sort, set in order, shine, sustain, safety.
Put product away physically into location and in SAP.
Support inventory control by conducting weekly cycle counts and delegated inventory tasks.
Kit finished and semi-finished goods to specifications from orders utilizing a combination of packaging materials and instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
Provide accuracy and consistency in work performance.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Work as part of a team.

Compensation: $23-25 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
