About The Position

Safely operate forklifts to transport and position product throughout the facility. Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers. Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance or safety needs. Keep precise inventory counts; assist with organization and slotting. Comply with OSHA and company safety standards at all times. Partner with team members to maintain productivity and on-time workflows. Escalate equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Current forklift operator certification
• Hands-on forklift experience in a manufacturing environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials; physically fit for warehouse tasks
• Effective communicator and reliable team player
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and tracking
