About The Position

Eaton' ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Material & Logistics Supervisor to join our team at the Lincoln Avenue facility in Waukesha, WI. No relocation assistance is provided for this role. Eaton's Lincoln Ave facility is a $400M three-shift manufacturing operation and a key producer of three-phase transformers within Eaton's Power Delivery and Regulation Division. The site supports customers across the utility, renewable energy, data center and commercial & industrial markets, playing a critical role in powering tomorrow's infrastructure. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The Materials & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for driving the accuracy and integrity of the company’s inventory while executing timely, accurate shipments to customers. This role supervises Receiving and Shipping employees across all shifts and serves as a key liaison between Production, Materials, and Logistics.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Supervisory work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Supply Chain or 5 years in Manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory operations, including SAP receiving/shipping transactions, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory; resolve discrepancies with Purchasing and Finance.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit Standard Work for material handling and shipping, driving compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee shipping operations, coordinating daily shipments with Production and Logistics.
  • Manage training, cross‑training, and staffing coverage to support daily operational requirements.
  • Coach and develop employees to drive performance, accountability, and skill growth.
  • Support operational reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to address performance gaps.
  • Champion a zero‑incident safety culture, effective cross-functional communication, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties such as PO management and order scheduling as needed
  • Review timekeeping data, investigate errors, and ensure accurate records.
