The Device Hub Lead is responsible for troubleshooting day-to-day operations of the hub and reacting quickly and appropriately to problems that occur with parcels at the hub including missing or extra parcels as well as damages. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with an interest in being part of a fast-paced and detail-oriented package sorting and courier handoff process. The Lead will coach hub operators and troubleshoot parcel and courier issues within an open team environment. She/he will perform management duties as delegated by leadership.
