SCHEDULE: Monday thru Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Position Summary: The Materials Management Associate I will perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including support production.

Requirements

  • Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to be trained and licensed on a Forklift and other Powered industrial vehicles
  • Regular lifting of product up to 50lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • Regular maneuvering and position of product using pallet jack or carts up to 2,000 lbs.
  • Requires full shift of standing, walking, carry product, bending and lifting.
  • Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
  • Able to assist in training employees

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Fill work orders
  • Kit foam
  • Cycle count
  • Pulls materials for production and delivers to proper department
  • Unloads deliveries and place product in designated areas
  • Spot-checking for incoming product for quality specifications
  • Forklift Operator
  • 5-S audits and daily cleaning
  • Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
