About The Position

The Materials Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on company needs and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. This role reports to the QA Manager and is based out of our Springdale, Arkansas location. Shift: 2B Wed 12am-6am Thurs-Sat 6pm-6am Off Sun-Tues

Requirements

3-5 years of related experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience 1-2 years
Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task
Must have excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in the food/beverage industry (a plus)
Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment (a plus)
Ability to direct, coach and train others.
Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads material within the warehouse facility
Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks within the warehouse
Records flow information of materials and products
Has knowledge of standard practices and procedures
Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position
Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues
Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position
Empowerment to work with supervision to resolve food safety and food quality issues within their scope of work
This role will be required to taste test product as needed, up to a couple ounces per test.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
