About The Position

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead all materials functions, including: - Purchasing and supplier performance - Production planning and scheduling - Inventory control and working capital optimization - Warehouse operations and material flow You will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team — aligning materials strategy with production, engineering, and business objectives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related
• 7–10+ years manufacturing/materials leadership experience
• ERP/MRP experience (Epicor, SAP, etc.)
• Strong financial and operational acumen
