Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am) OR (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)

Requirements

  • Must have previous forklift experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Production in the operation of the in-line Eremas.
  • Working with Scheduling and Production to ensure that internal repro demands are met.
  • Organize scrap/repro inventories and assists in scrap/repro shipments to other facilities including loading trucks.
  • Follow housekeeping standards including sweeping, wiping down equipment, dumping garbage and trim, as required.
  • Complete all quality checks as specified.
  • Operate the rewinder, conducting quality check for defects, splicing and slitting as required.
  • Back up the stretch wrapping station and assists in Shipping and/or Production as needed.
  • Assist in staging resin and packaging supplies for Production if needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts of scrap, repro, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
  • Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participates in Continuous Improvement activities and teams.
