About The Position

MATERIALS PAGE (Seasonal - Summer) Pay Grade: 1 (Non-exempt) Schedule (part-time) 15 hours a week, flexible scheduling, which would include daytime, evening, and weekend hours Do you love books and enjoy helping your community? The library is looking for a part-time temporary seasonal materials page to support our busiest time of year.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a love of organization
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfort with bending, lifting, and moving materials
• Ability to work in a moderate‑noise Kids Room environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Return books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, and other library materials to their proper locations
• Check shelves to ensure that materials are in proper order
• Maintain orderly and inviting collections of materials
