About The Position

Job Responsibilities Support shipments for new product builds by coordinating engineering-owned materials to appropriate shipping locations (e.g., SAF, ZSA, wafers). Manage the Project Services Fremont mailbox and respond to material-related requests. Create, manage, and maintain material reservations for inventory staged across multiple locations. Coordinate material transfers from engineering into unrestricted inventory locations or laboratory environments. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by the Product Group. Participate in cross-functional meetings and proactively communicate delivery risks or issues impacting build schedules.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and formula-based analysis.
  • Experience creating clear, professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Comfortable navigating SharePoint and SAP systems.

  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret multi-level product BOMs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise email instructions for inventory movement between warehouses, production floors, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP transaction codes, including MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, and MB23.
