Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service Experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must love working with people
  • Adaptability
  • Works well in a collaborative, results-driven setting
  • Valid driver's license
  • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously
  • Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates
  • Ensure time management and a high quality of work
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication
  • Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution
