About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MDM (Master Data Management) Data Steward to support the integrity, quality, and consistency of enterprise data across systems. This role is critical to ensure that our master data-such as customer, carrier, product, and financial data-is accurate, complete, and aligned with business standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with data entry, data validation, or data analysis in a business environment.
• Familiarity with MDM concepts and data governance principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Curious about data and driven to improve.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data records in accordance with established data governance policies.
• Perform data quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data issues and discrepancies.
• Analyze data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment efforts during system implementations or upgrades.
• Document data standards, definitions, and processes to support consistency across the organization.
• Monitor data workflows and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
