About The Position

As a Reltio MDM Senior Engineer, you will work as part of a team of dedicated problem-solvers to help create solutions on the Reltio and interface with existing legacy systems as we upgrade the platforms. A Reltio MDM job involves designing, building, configuring, and implementing the to unify, cleanse, and manage enterprise master data, focusing on data modeling, integration via APIs/RIH, matching/survivorship rules, and data governance for creating trusted, single views of data (customers, products, etc.) for business users, requiring skills in data engineering, architecture, or analysis with Reltio-specific expertise. Translating business needs into technical specs, creating data models/integrations, leading teams, ensuring data quality/governance, and managing cloud/API integrations, for a single, trusted view of master data. Key tasks involve configuring Reltio (match rules, roles, etc.), data modeling, designing integration patterns (APIs, data ingestion), supporting data governance rules, and providing technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Hands-on with the Reltio platform experience (data modeling, match/merge, APIs) for at least 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of MDM, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
  • Understand Integration technologies, Reltio Connectors, APIs, and Integration Hub (RIH).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), cloud deployment knowledge and big data environments.
  • Strong business-facing, communication, and technical leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy (PHI, PII) and security regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Domain knowledge (e.g., Insurance desirable).
  • Java, Python, or other scripting/programming skills for customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Architecting end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, integration strategies, and security.
  • Technical Leadership: Working with development teams (onshore/offshore), providing technical leadership, guidance, and ensuring solution quality.
  • Business Alignment: Gathering requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Reltio Configuration: Configuring core Reltio features (match rules, survivorship, roles, graph, etc.) and custom extensions (jars).
  • Data Governance: Working with the Data Governance team to define and implement data quality rules, governance policies, and data stewardship processes.
  • Integration: Designing and managing data ingestion and flow using Reltio APIs (SIF, SOAP/REST) with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and internal systems.
  • Performance & Optimization: Optimizing Reltio for performance, scalability, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Continued Growth: Keeping up to date on Reltio and new releases and innovations. Determine applicability to our solution.
