Join McKesson’s MDM Operations Pricing team as a Strategic Pricing Analyst , where you’ll play a key role in executing daily pricing operations, developing best practices, and creating analytical tools that drive financial performance. Requirements

  • 2+ years in pricing, data management, or contract analytics and a Bachelors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP, and Vistex.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Operations: Enter, maintain, review, and process customer, differential, and item WAC pricing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Sales, and Data Management teams to ensure accurate pricing implementation and resolve escalations.
  • Process Design: Assist in creating new pricing procedures and protocols to reduce risk and enhance financial outcomes.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports and analytical tools to monitor pricing, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that improve pricing accuracy, streamline workflows, and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Review and process Non-Vendor Supply Agreements and MCFs.
  • Implement and maintain customer pricing aligned with agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex pricing issues across multiple business units.
  • Partner with Legal to standardize pricing language in contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, BI, Rebates, Accounting, etc.) to implement improvements.
  • Develop stable processes for ongoing pricing monitoring and reporting.
