Mechanic 10 SANFORD, NC COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind. In this role you will be responsible for: Installation of production and manufacturing equipment. Changeover and Setup the packaging/production equipment and documenting. Maintenance of machinery Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical problems. Effectively communicate with directors, managers, supervisors, other mechanics and outside vendors. Organize and maintain tooling/change parts of equipment. Perform all responsibilities with good safety and housekeeping practices. Improve the performance and efficiency of the packaging/production machines. Lead a team to provide mechanical/electrical support to a project with minimal direction. Lead a team of mechanics to schedule and perform preventive maintenance on the packaging and processing equipment and documenting. Maintain a good record of preventive maintenance performed on the machines and resolve the frequently occurring problems. Follow all site GMP policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Health & Safety/Working Conditions Implementation and follow up of 5S, BOSS and Safety Inspections in order to constantly improve. Process owner of H&S Guidelines chapter 1 to 5 and 7 to 12. Ensure that the equipment used in the Unit is in line with H&S Guidelines or local legislation. Working for Coty means our people make us who we are.
