SCHEDULE Enjoy 3‑day weekends every other week with a consistent 2/2/3, 12‑hour shift schedule. Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Training: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (temporary during onboarding) Overtime: Occasional OT and weekend work may be required to support business needs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 2‑year technical degree HVAC/Applied Science or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1+ year utilities operations experience (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration)
  • Ability to pass required medical and respirator tests

Nice To Haves

  • Boiler Operator, Wastewater Operator, or Ammonia Refrigeration certifications
  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Computer proficiency for logging and research
  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utility systems
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, and water treatments
  • Manage compressed air systems, RO units, and silo tank offloads
  • Oversee cooling tower water treatment and pH neutralization
  • Support fire protection and energy‑management programs
