About The Position

Repairs and services equipment in a power plant such as pumps, compressors, steam turbines, fans, cooling towers, electric motors, tanks, pipes, valves, actuators, controls, indicating devices, etc. Demonstrated skills acquired through direct experience as a full-time employee at an operating power plant.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent, with two years vocational school training in high pressure boilers, turbines, generators, electrical, and auxiliary equipment required or equivalent.
• Must hold one of the following State of Minnesota Electrical licenses: Maintenance, Journeymen, Master Electrician License or registered as unlicensed Electrician.
• New hires that do not have an electrical license are required to have unlicensed registration completed within the 90 day probationary period from start date.
