About The Position

Strictly abide by the company's various regulations and management systems and safety laws and regulations, and obey the company's policies and resolutions Obey the production and installation project tasks issued by the mechanical assembly supervisor, and feedback the completion of the production and installation tasks to the supervisor Perform mechanical production (cutting, welding, painting, component assembly, etc.) and on-site installation of the equipment according to the received mechanical assembly drawings or the guidance of the supervisor Ensure the installation quality of the equipment, and check & discover the installation problems such as technology, quality, and safety during the installation of the equipment Assist the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment, and complete the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantity According to the on-site installation, make reasonable suggestions to the supervisor Assist the electrical assembly team to complete all the construction tasks of this department Responsible for 5S management of mechanical assembly and installation site In the process of production, installation and commissioning, continuously improve their business level Receive various business training and strengthen teamwork Other duties as assigned Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time

Requirements

Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods.
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are Ability to identify and distinguish colors Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
Basic mechanical fabrication related knowledge
Able to read mechanical drawings, able to fabricate and assembly parts per mechanical and assembly drawing requirement
Basic mechanical fabrication skills, including cut, weld, paint and components assemble, and etc
Be able to operate common machine tool equipment
Have related skill certificates and job qualification certificates
Skills for problem analysis and problem solving
High level of analysis and creation
Skill of social and communication
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Abide by company regulations and safety laws.
Obey production and installation tasks from the supervisor and provide feedback.
Perform mechanical production (cutting, welding, painting, component assembly, etc.) and on-site installation of equipment.
Ensure installation quality and identify any technology, quality, or safety issues.
Assist the software engineer with on-site equipment debugging.
Provide reasonable suggestions to the supervisor based on on-site installation.
Assist the electrical assembly team with construction tasks.
Responsible for 5S management of the mechanical assembly and installation site.
Continuously improve business level through production, installation, and commissioning.
Receive business training and strengthen teamwork.
Other duties as assigned
