Requirements
- 2+ years of field-specific technical or vocational training preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical assemblies
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assemble medium to large mechanical systems with precision and attention to detail
- Work with hydraulic components including diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and related systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Inspect assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper function
- Support on-site equipment setup, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer locations (domestic travel required)
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
