Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
- Strong proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to read tape measures accurately
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes preferred
- Prior experience in heat exchanger, fabrication, or heavy assembly environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers and related components
- Construct condensers, boxes, and coils used in heat and air exchange units
- Perform tube pushing and mechanical assembly tasks
- Operate overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, and forklifts when required
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings during assembly processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
