Requirements

  • You're passionate about mechanical design and love working on real things (not just models)
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and experienced in design for manufacturing or metal fabrication
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-paced shop environment-hands-on, collaborative, and detail-focused
  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and contribute creative solutions to the team
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship and be available to work on-site in Randolph, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Designing vehicle components and assemblies in SolidWorks
  • Supporting metal fabrication and custom manufacturing projects from concept to prototype
  • Collaborating with shop technicians to ensure design feasibility and quality outcomes
  • Creating drawings and documentation that support production and compliance
  • Using your hands-on mindset to solve mechanical challenges and improve our design library
