In your role as Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new tester solutions encompassing any or all of the following areas: PCB automation, In-Circuit-Test Fixture technologies, Sophisticated Blind-Mate connections for large scale automation of assemblies, Automated Trolleys to support Factory 4.0 initiatives, Low Power design methodologies to support Net-Zero initiatives, Air cooling systems The development environment for will includes: Individual project assignments Small group projects with other Mechanical Engineers Cross-functional teams of ME's, EE's, marketing, manufacturing and operations Interaction with field support and customers worldwide Applications and troubleshooting at the factory and in the field The projects involve all steps of the product development cycle, including: Concept generation and prototype development Project management and cost reduction Detailed design and CAD modeling Manufacturing engineering, process and product specification
