Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. (rising junior or senior preferred)
Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
Registered and eligible to participate in a co-op through your university
This Co-Op Opportunity would be a 6-month assignment that would start in May of 2026 through December of 2026
This position is open to candidates who are permanently authorized to work in the United States.
A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Nice To Haves

You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
You are proficient with Solidworks or similar.
You have mechanical aptitude and are not afraid of being hands on.

Responsibilities

Supporting experienced engineers in new equipment and continuous improvement projects
Creating 3D models and 2D drawings of automated equipment.
Executing validation test protocols for FDA compliant medical device manufacturing process.
Partnering with other groups to collect data and solve problems.
Communicating your progress both in writing and orally.
