About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing construction projects in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This full-time onsite role involves managing commercial and residential plumbing installations from initial planning through final completion. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of plumbing systems, underground utilities, and mechanical construction operations. In this role, you will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety and building regulations. This opportunity is well suited for a professional who enjoys leading projects, maintaining strong communication with clients and contractors, and ensuring high-quality workmanship across multiple construction sites in Siloam Springs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing plumbing construction or mechanical contracting projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of underground utilities, piping systems, and mechanical installations
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, plumbing layouts, and technical specifications
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Siloam Springs, AR

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in mechanical contracting or plumbing/HVAC coordination
  • Familiarity with Arkansas plumbing codes and local inspection processes
  • Experience with new construction and renovation projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage plumbing construction projects from contract award through project closeout
  • Coordinate installation of water, sewer, gas, and mechanical piping systems
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
  • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and workforce planning
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and plumbing layouts
  • Monitor jobsite progress to maintain quality workmanship and safety compliance
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Communicate regularly with general contractors, clients, and field teams
  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes and inspection requirements
