About The Position

Our client, a full-service architecture and engineering firm with offices in downtown Roanoke, is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join its growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing HVAC systems for a range of building types, from schools and civic buildings to arts and commercial spaces. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team setting, communicates well, and enjoys mentoring others.

Requirements

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Virginia
• 7–10 years of related experience preferred
• Comfortable using Trace, ComCheck, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• REVIT experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for diverse building projects
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients
• Help guide and mentor junior team members
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget goals
