This opportunity welcomes both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs who are looking to build their careers in a supportive clinical environment. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship and clinical support. Position Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes. In this role, you will protect, promote, and restore health by practicing at the highest level of your RN licensure while helping ensure coordinated and compassionate care for patients and families. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start date
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and patient advocacy skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous RN experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, competent nursing care within scope of RN licensure
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining accountability
  • Serve as a patient advocate throughout the continuum of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
