Med Techs and Care Staff needed for 3 -11 and 11 - 7 Shifts

Key Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with care plans - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team - Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of resident care and comfort - Follow all safety and infection control protocols - Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, to ensure continuous resident support Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role preferred - Valid Med Tech certification or license as required by state regulations - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work flexible shifts, including 3 to 11 and 11 to 7, with weekend rotation - Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment - Basic knowledge of healthcare documentation and safety procedures At Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and community. Requirements
- Prior experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role preferred
