About The Position

We are looking for a high-ownership Media Buyer & Funnel Expert to become a foundational partner in our acquisition engine. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to "check boxes" or wait for instructions. We need a technical strategist who acts as a thought leader—someone who can own the entire paid ecosystem from the first ad impression to the final booked appointment. You will manage a current monthly spend of $10k–$20k, with the immediate goal of scaling to $30k–$50k+ by the end of the year. While the founder handles creative production, you will own the technical execution, funnel architecture, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience at meaningful spend levels ($20k+/mo).
  • High-Ticket Specialist: Proven track record with appointment-setting funnels. Note : We are looking for service/coaching/B2B expertise, not e-commerce or General Lead Generation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in HubSpot and Zapier . You should be comfortable building complex automations.
  • Funnel Building: Hands-on experience creating high-converting landing pages and VSL flows.
  • AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms like N8N) to enhance marketing operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong communication via Slack and a "get it done" attitude—if a funnel breaks on a Saturday, you’re the type of person who wants to jump in and fix it.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Orchestration: End-to-end management of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. You’ll handle strategy, bidding, testing, and scaling to hit aggressive ROAS targets.
  • Funnel Architecture: Build and optimize high-ticket appointment-setting funnels, including VSL pages, landing pages, and sophisticated booking flows.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Manage and troubleshoot our marketing suite, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot, Zapier, Typeform, and Calendly.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Own the conversion tracking (API/Pixel) and reporting. You must be able to translate data into actionable scaling decisions.
  • Systems Innovation: Implement AI-driven workflows (e.g., LLM integrations, automation tools) to increase efficiency and lead quality.
  • Strategic Ownership: Proactively suggest funnel improvements, landing page iterations, and new acquisition angles.
