About The Position

We are Noble People, a modern creative media agency that develops original, bold, and provocative media ideas for some of the most exciting brands in the world. We specialize in brand strategy, communications strategy, media strategy and planning, brand and performance media buying, and analytics. At Noble People, we prioritize creativity and strive to strip out the nonsense that comes along with most media agencies, taking a modern, transparent, and innovative approach to media. Role Summary Please note: Internship runs from May 18th through August 7th. As a Media Intern at Noble People, you will gain hands-on experience working with our talented team in executing media campaigns, analyzing trends, and supporting the creation of client presentations. This role offers exposure to real-world marketing tactics, client interaction, and insight into the dynamic world of media. You will be collaborating across various teams to support the development and implementation of media strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic about media and advertising, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Media Planning Support: Assist in the research and development of media plans, including gathering data, conducting audience analysis, and preparing presentations.
  • Campaign Management: Help with the coordination and execution of media campaigns, including managing timelines, trafficking creative assets, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Client and Vendor Coordination: Support communication with clients and media vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of campaign data, helping to prepare reports that measure performance against client goals.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to build knowledge of media planning and buying processes, tools, and industry trends.
  • Completion of a media-related project either for internal stakeholders or for a client.
  • Other duties as assigned.
