We’re seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Media Producer who is energized by high-profile work, executive collaboration, and live event production. This role supports firm leadership, partners, and top-tier clients through seamless virtual and in-person events, including high-visibility engagements in New York. Tyson & Mendes seeks an outgoing and detail-oriented Media Producer with a keen eye for using media assets to amplify brand identity. This role reports to the Brand Manager and works closely with all members of the firm’s dynamic Growth & Client Engagement team, as well as the firm’s partners, attorneys, clients, and other internal stakeholders. The Media Producer must be a skilled video editor and must demonstrate expertise in producing both digital and in-person events, including webinars and client-facing events requiring collaboration with venue media teams. In addition to building and editing video assets (including short-form and longer-form videos and prerolls), this person is responsible for producing seamless virtual and in-person events, coordinating with internal an external event planning teams to proactively and efficiently identify and address media needs, and serving as a support to firm leadership in virtual and in-person events. The Media Producer must be creative, self-sufficient, organized, technologically savvy, and unflappable. Often bridging event vision to execution through effective collaboration with both internal and external teams, this person must be a skilled and professional communicator, able to traverse between media production and executive leadership seamlessly. This person must be able to get up to speed quickly with the brand identity of the firm and all related entities, including TM HALO, Schaefer City Technologies, and Apex Defense Consulting, to meaningfully contribute to brand growth, identity, and amplification. There is ample opportunity to contribute with non-legal writing for the right candidate, including partnering with social media and client relationship development teams on written campaigns. The Media Producer provides support to the firm’s marketing, business development, client relationship intelligence, thought leadership, and educational initiatives and is a valued member of the Growth & Client Engagement team. As a part of this collaborative department, this candidate must be eager to brainstorm creative ideas to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations and must be adept at cultivating relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
