Position Summary This position will support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities. This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, claim pend assignments. Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times.

Requirements

  • QNXT Experience Required
  • 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to complete to coordinate collaboration sessions.
  • Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.
  • General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
  • Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
