Salary for the Medical Administration Coordinator, is $55,000 - $60,000 What you will do: Adhere to Arc Core Values of Respect, Collaboration, and Empowerment Assist with completion and tracking of Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) for individuals supported in Residential Services Audit Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR) to ensure accuracy and compliance with St. Louis Arc and funder guidelines Monitor and audit medication management practices within residential homes to ensure safe storage, organization, and compliance with St. Louis Arc and funder guidelines Generate and distribute regular compliance reports using InfoServDD to Residential Services teams including encounters reports and missing documentation reports Provide administrative support to the Nursing and Residential Compliance teams Perform vitals for residents (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.) as needed Support all St. Louis Arc diversity and disability inclusion practices/initiatives What you can expect from us: We'll celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions. What we expect of you: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license (in good standing) Current auto insurance Valid and current Missouri State LPN License Agency/Funder required training Two years of LPN experience Two or more years of experience working in the intellectual and/or developmental disability field preferred At least one year of experience in an administrative or compliance role preferred We look forward to welcoming someone with the following knowledge and skills: Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems Ability to compile and analyze reports from electronic health records systems Working knowledge of various medical conditions and terminology Knowledge of diagnoses most commonly associated with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Join our circle.
