Requirements

Licensed Esthetician in the State of New Jersey
Experience in a medical aesthetic practice preferred
Strong consultation and patient education skills
Professional, polished presence and strong communication skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment

Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microneedling, acne treatments, and body treatments
Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized, results-driven treatment plans
Educate patients on skincare and long-term skin health
Capture and document high-quality before and after photos
Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products that support treatment outcomes
Maintain detailed treatment documentation and follow clinical protocols
Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence
Consistently deliver the Vive Experience to every patient
