Requirements

  • Prior aesthetics or medical spa experience (advanced treatment certification preferred)
  • Strong technical skill paired with a patient-centered approach—you educate, comfort, and build trust naturally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent, high-quality care
  • Professional presence with excellent communication and consultative-style interaction
  • Confidence navigating treatment plans, product recommendations, and revenue-driving opportunities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you anticipate needs, support your team, and aim to go beyond what’s expected
  • Comfort using electronic medical records and learning new technologies

  • Required certifications (as applicable) including BLS/ALS and aesthetics licensure

Responsibilities

  • Perform facial rejuvenation and skincare treatments such as HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, VI Peels, dermaplaning, and more
  • Conduct patient consultations, educate on treatment options, and tailor recommendations based on their goals and skin needs
  • Support long-term patient outcomes through follow-up planning, treatment sequencing, and skincare product guidance
  • Contribute to revenue and performance goals through thoughtful education, strong retention, and rebooking
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and ensure all supplies and devices are ready for daily use
  • Document patient interactions and navigate software systems accurately throughout the visit
  • Stay current on best practices and protocols, actively participating in trainings and continued education
  • Collaborate closely with providers, Medical Assistants, and Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily flow and elevate patient experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, and internal protocols)
