Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Students enrolled in Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctorate programs in the USA with a focus in science and/or health care discipline (examples: BS, MPH, MS, MD, PharmD, PhD programs) General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship): The Medical Affairs Intern at BeOne Medicines will collaborate on various ongoing projects within Medical Affairs, encompassing medical strategies, insight generation and analyses, scientific communications, medical education initiatives, congress planning, and digital workstreams, alongside facilitating internal processes. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Disease Area Head of Solid Tumors in US Medical Affairs, the intern will gain hands-on, real-world experience while developing career skills for a future career in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Essential Functions of the Internship: Under the supervision of the Medical Affairs team, the intern will perform various tasks to support the execution of Medical Affairs projects, which may include, but not limited to: Assisting the Medical Affairs team in research activities, literature reviews, and data analyses. Assisting in the development of medical education materials, presentations, publications, scientific communication/medical information resources for healthcare professionals and/or patients. Supporting the implementation of Digital Communication Plan. Organizing and facilitating congress planning, Advisory Board meetings, and symposia. Organizing and managing Medical Affairs workstreams, meetings, agendas, and minutes. Tracking project progress and deliverables to drive results, communicating changes and progress, and completing assigned projects on time. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams (and Zoom). Other Qualifications (one or more): Interest in pursuing a career in Medical Affairs and/or the Biotech industry. Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-cultural environment. Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
