About The Position

This position is responsible for enabling a team of EMTs (emergency medical technician) to successfully provide efficient and courteous medical service to the Fair patrons, exhibitors and employees.

• Open availability for the run of the fair.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination of the 22nd DAA medical unit (First Aid).
• Setup, maintain, and teardown of the First Aid office and stations.
• Provide pre-briefing for the EMTs and nurses at the beginning of their shifts.
• Provide pertinent information to the EMTs and nurses.
• Assist and guide the EMTs and nurses and offer correction as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the Employee Handbook and uniform guidelines.
• Promotes the District's F.A.I.R. values by creating a quality guest experience for both internal and external customers.
