This role is ideal for new graduates, career changers, or gap‑year candidates who are reliable, eager to learn, and interested in clinical patient care. ✠We provide paid on-the-job training ✠No medical certification required ✠Mentorship with a manager throughout training 🩺 What You’ll Do You will work closely with 2–3 providers at a time in a structured, team-based clinic environment. With training and support, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories Supporting providers during exams and minor procedures Completing clinical documentation and charting in the EMR Communicating with patients regarding procedures, instructions, and follow-ups Coordinating with pharmacies and external offices Preparing exam rooms and maintaining clinic flow Assisting with both front and back office tasks as needed This is a busy clinic, but you will not be expected to know everything on day one. ✅ Who This Role Is Perfect For New grads seeking clinical healthcare experience Pre‑PA, pre‑med, nursing, or allied health students EMTs transitioning into clinic-based care Individuals with strong work ethic and interest in patient interaction If you are reliable, professional, and eager to learn , we can train you.
