Schedule may change depending on needs of clinic, but would still fall within Monday-Friday.) Highlights of the position: Compassionate, Collaborative Care – Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and sound clinical judgment while supporting patients and the care team. Direct Provider Support – Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decision-making to ensure smooth, high-quality visits. Clinical Desktop & Chart Management – Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and other clinical requests. Patient Preparation & Procedures – Room patients, maintain exam spaces, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, and process labs under provider direction. Quality & Compliance – Support adherence to quality standards and help implement best practices across the clinic. Patient & Team Engagement – Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and clinic workflows while ensuring patients feel heard and respected.
