About The Position

This position will require travel between sites within the region for procedures. Assist physicians with medical procedures in office. Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician’s office with the ability to perform venipunctures preferred.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license is needed for travel to the clinics.
  • High school diploma or GED is required and will be required to produce at time of hire.
  • BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
